The Har Ki Dun Trek is a moderate-level trek which turns out to be ideal for both beginners & first-time Himalayan trekkers. Having well-maintained trails & gentle but no steep climbs, it provides trekkers with ample opportunities to adjust comfortably to the rising altitude.
The entire trekking distance of about 47–50 km is divided over 5 trekking days, with each day’s walk being around 10–12 km. The highest point is about 11,500 ft which is easily handled with good hydration, simple fitness & adaptation.
