Cancellation Policy

Initiating Cancellation:

To cancel your booking, please send an email to info.himalayatribe@gmail.com

Cancellations Due to Unexpected Circumstances:

In the event that Himalaya Tribe must cancel a trek due to unexpected situations—such as natural disasters, floods, or political unrest—we will provide you with a trek voucher. This voucher will be valid for one full year and can be redeemed for either the same trek or a different one of your choice.

Cancellations Made for Personal Reasons:

The cancellation policy is based on the original booking time and original start date of the trek.
Cancellation 30 Days or More Before Trek: If you cancel your trek 30 days or more before the scheduled start date, you’ll get Full Refund.
Cancellation 15 Days Before Trek: For cancellations made 15 Days before the trek start date, 20% of the Total Trekking Fee will be deducted. The remaining amount will be Refunded.
Cancellation 10 Days Before Trek: For cancellations made 15 Days before the trek start date, 40% of the Total Trekking Fee will be deducted. The remaining amount will be Refunded.
Cancellation 10 Days Before Trek: For cancellations made 5 Days before the trek start date, 60% of the Total Trekking Fee will be deducted. The remaining amount will be Refunded.
Cancellation 4 Days Before Trek: Unfortunately, no amount will be Refunded.
